The steering head consists of a tube with a bearing at the top and bottom that allows the shaft between the handlebars and the fork to rotate smoothly and without play, so that the handlebars and forks can rotate relative to the frame.

The steering head bearings determine how smoothly the handlebars turn and are therefore of vital importance for the steering characteristics of the motorcycle. When the handlebars no longer turn very lightly, then in almost all cases the steering head bearings are worn out. Even the smallest damage can be the cause of a heavier steering motorcycle. To solve this problem, the bearings need to be replaced.

Motoshop Europe supplies the most suitable ball head bearings for almost every type of motorcycle and when the type for your motorcycle is not listed here, you can always contact us for advice.
